Day 22: Pretty, Cold

Here in Ohio,
let me tell ya,
the tulips bloom
and so do the trees,
the grass is greener than my thumb!
and the worms wiggle
across the sidewalks
the red jays flirt
and flit through greener trees
the sun shines
and then it rains
too bad,
it’s April and it’s still cold!
too cold for this Oklahoman, yup
